Developing a washing service
Conducting interviews, user types, wireframing and designing a service for washing.

Overview
In this quite complicated project we worked with a company to make a washing service shop for their business. The service would be for both B2B and B2C and naturally responsive. My part of the work was user interviews, wireframes and UI design.
User interviews & user personas
To get the user view of goals for the service, I interviewed four different users, from very different areas, that I identified as main user personas. By visiting their workplaces, I got a good idea of their goals, pain points and hopes for the new service.
Wireframes
Together with the customer and the team we planned the flow of the service and I started doing interactive wireframes to test the user flow for both customer groups.

UI design
By using the companies existing brand and adding some icons, colors and illustrations, we ended up with a fresh looking service. The layouts were done by me in XD in close cooperation with the developers.
